WORKSHOPS:
- Voice and Speech Workshops – training the voice to be able to speak clearly and slowly in public and in performance. Includes voice projection techniques suitable for straight drama and music theatre.
- Basic Performance Workshops – how to prepare for performance on a stage, including basic stage directions and stage presence, and an introduction to team and company building exercises.
- Advanced Performance Workshops – as per the Basic Workshop, but includes hints and tips on how to perform on thrust, traverse and round stages, and well as more advanced team and company building exercises.
- Speaking Shakespeare – a basic workshop in some of the techniques to be able to speak Shakespeare and his contemporaries. Includes phrasing and Iambic Pentameter work.
- Theatre of the Absurd Workshop – breaking down texts to leave the essence of the scene. Includes improvisation based on texts.
- Text Based Workshops – tailor made workshops around texts of your choosing. Could include voice and speech work, along with improvisational elements to explore themes and characters, and hot-seating. (Requires advance notice and consultation).
- One to One Coaching – if your child or student is studying drama, the benefit of one to one training could give them the edge. From one-off sessions to courses of up to ten weeks, a bespoke package can be arranged through consultation and negotiation.
